💕 What She's Going Through
Nausea may peak this week. Fatigue is relentless. Her waistline may start thickening even if there's no bump yet. Mood swings are real.
💪 What You Should Do This Week
- ✓Handle the housework without being asked — she's exhausted
- ✓Start thinking about how/when to announce to family
- ✓Research NIPT testing (non-invasive prenatal test, usually offered weeks 10-13)
🚫 Don't Say This
“Are you sure you should eat that?”
Unless it's raw fish or unpasteurized cheese, let her eat what she can keep down. Food policing is not helpful.
🧠 Dad Hack
Do the dishes, take out the trash, and start a load of laundry before she asks. She's noticing who helps and who doesn't.
