👶 Baby Update

Size: A bottle cap

All major organs have begun forming. Fingers and toes are starting to develop (still webbed). Baby is moving, though she can't feel it yet. This is usually when you'll have your first prenatal visit.

💕 What She's Going Through

Nausea still strong. Heightened emotions — she may cry at commercials. Constipation, bloating, and fatigue continue. Bras may start feeling tight.

💪 What You Should Do This Week

  • GO TO THE FIRST PRENATAL APPOINTMENT — this is non-negotiable
  • You might see or hear the heartbeat at this visit — prepare to be emotional
  • Start a pregnancy journal or take a weekly bump photo (she'll love this later)

🚫 Don't Say This

Is the doctor visit really necessary? Can't you just go alone?

Your presence matters. This is the first time you'll see your baby. Be there.

🛒 Gear Tip

She'll need new bras soon — supportive, wireless ones. Offer to help shop or just order a few options.

🧠 Dad Hack

Record the heartbeat on your phone at the appointment. You'll listen to it a hundred times.
