Size: A hard hat
Baby's lungs are almost fully mature. Central nervous system and lungs are doing final development. Baby born at 34 weeks usually does very well with minimal NICU time. About 5 pounds.
💕 What She's Going Through
Braxton Hicks may feel like real contractions sometimes. Pelvic pressure increasing. Fatigue is extreme. She may have trouble eating full meals (no room). Nesting urges peak.
💪 What You Should Do This Week
- ✓Finalize freezer meals — you should have 10-15 meals stocked
- ✓Pack the hospital bags for REAL — put them by the door
- ✓Download a contraction timer app on both phones
🚫 Don't Say This
“Are you in labor?!”
She'll tell you if she thinks it's real. Don't panic-ask every time she winces.
🛒 Gear Tip
Hospital bag checklist: phone charger (long cord!), snacks, change of clothes for you, going-home outfit for baby, car seat installed.
