Size: A matchbox car
Baby's head is about half the body length (it'll even out). Tooth buds are forming under the gums. Hair follicles are developing. Baby is busy — stretching, rolling, and hiccupping.
💕 What She's Going Through
Nausea may be easing (finally). Increased appetite returning. Gas and bloating are common. She may feel warmer than usual due to increased blood flow.
💪 What You Should Do This Week
- ✓Start researching childbirth classes — the good ones book up months in advance
- ✓Talk about your announcement plan — most couples share around week 12-13
- ✓Keep showing up. The first trimester is lonely because nobody knows yet
