👶 Baby Update

Size: A bike helmet

Baby responds to your voice with movement. Nostrils are opening. Baby is exploring the space — touching the uterine wall, grabbing the umbilical cord, playing with hands and feet.

💕 What She's Going Through

Heartburn worsening (stomach compressed by uterus). Hemorrhoids may be an issue. Restless legs at night. She might be feeling impatient — still 15 weeks to go.

💪 What You Should Do This Week

  • Stock up on antacids (Tums are pregnancy-safe)
  • Start thinking about your paternity leave request — draft the email
  • Sign up for infant CPR class — this is essential, not optional

🚫 Don't Say This

Just don't eat spicy food.

Heartburn in pregnancy isn't about food — the baby is literally pushing her stomach up. Let her eat what she wants.

🧠 Dad Hack

Infant CPR takes 2 hours to learn and could save your baby's life. Do it. American Red Cross offers in-person and online courses.
